Y.E.A.H! Club Co-Advisor at Eureka High School
Meets the second Thursday of each month at 6:00pm.
The location is to be determined. The Eureka Munch is a radically inclusive group who welcomes kinky people regardless of gender, sexual ID, or kink. We welcome queer, trans, gay, bi, homoflexible, hetroflexible, straight and everyone in-between plus those who don't fit into any labeled category. We ask that you have tolerance for others; basically we are an open, accepting group who prefers to remain free of prejudices or those who might be considered "haters". While we are a private group that values its privacy, we are also very open, warm and welcoming to those new to The Eureka Munch and those that are new to kink in general. Guidelines: The Eureka Munch is a casual affair, not a play party. DO NOT come in visible fetish wear. Keep any physical interactions other than hugs at a minimum. Keep in mind that we do not want to draw attention to ourselves or make the staff of the restaurant or other customers uncomfortable with our actions. While you may be out about your sexuality, others may need to maintain their privacy. We must respect that. Please do not discuss who you met at a munch. Once again, you may be out but others wish to maintain their privacy.
Please, no one under the age of 18. That includes not bringing your own children under 18.
Please RSVP if you plan on attending to email@example.com.

Humboldt Area Trans Support
Humboldt Area Trans Support is a group is for anyone that wants or is in need of trans support. This group is for anyone going 'either way'. The intention here is for it to be a safe place where we are here to help each other in our times of confusion, elation, distress, joy, exasperation, or just because you need an 'ear'. All of our journeys are very different. Yet, we must all invariably go through many of the same 'checkpoints'. This gives us a common ground unlike most any other group of people in the world. The unity & strength that lies in that is also the very essence of everything that embodies change. Working together we can build a great community & begin to shed light on the fact that despite everything, we are all just people too. The smallest steps make progress, take a step & become who you are. You'll find there are people who care and are willing to help. The first steps begin with you...
The group meets the 4th Saturday of every month at the Wellness Center in Eureka located at 2200 Tydd Street.
The meeting time is from 10am - noon. There is also going to be option to go out afterwards. Just to chill in a more casual environment or continue any discussions that would need more time.
Humboldt Trans Support Group
This group offers social activities and general support to trans identified persons in the Humboldt County area. All trans identified or questioning individuals are welcome. For more information, view the facebook page by the above name or, (for those with limited internet access) you can leave a message at (707) 574-8726. (Please know that this number is not a 24hr hot-line of any sort. A volunteer will get back to you as soon as possible, but it is not a crisis response number.)
